Privacy Policy
PMP Leads ("we") sells a one-time Review Mining Report to pest control businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and what we do with it, in plain English.
What we collect
- Order information: your business name and your email address or phone number, which you enter on our order form.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Public reviews: we read your business's publicly visible Google and Facebook reviews to prepare your report.
How we use it
We use your information only to prepare and deliver your report and to communicate with you about your order. That is all.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone except the service providers below.
- We never contact your customers.
- We never use your information for marketing to third parties.
- Once your report is delivered, we delete your order information. We do not keep a customer database.
Service providers
Two third parties touch your information in order to fulfill your order:
- FormSubmit delivers your order form submission to us by email.
- Stripe processes your payment securely.
Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it handles.
Cookies
Our site does not set tracking cookies and we run no analytics that follow you. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site. That is the extent of it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
Children
Our service is for businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
